To begin treatment we will assess your needs and our treatment options to ensure you are planning the best care that you believe will achieve your goals. A quality biopsychosocial assessment can be the first step to begin a process of healing emotional pain and body dysregulation.

Individual therapy is a one on one, private, confidential, unique program. Includes a diagnostic assessment and treatment plan. Individualized care can involve occasional family member/ support network visitors.

Group therapy is a very helpful, affordable alternative to individual counseling. It might also be a preference for maintaining recovery and develop a sense of support after more intensive counseling like stepping down from an inpatient setting. We want to hear what your needs are so we can develop wait lists and curriculum to meet the community’s needs.

Should you have a need for a public speaker on mental health and wellness we would be happy to discuss your needs to create a unique service just for you.

Free professional case consultations are available to help triage patients, and appropriately diagnose.

Patient consultations to assess the clinician do have a fee. Screenings for private events or intakes are free.
